Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on magnets that are NOT custom photo magnets which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original packaging included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made, personalized photo magnets and special orders cannot be returned. Please reach out if you have any questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, 3D Printed items, custom photo magnets or gift cards.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
